Product Description

Low-calorie sugar-free licorice Compound sweetener is mainly composed of erythritol, steviol glycosides and Licorice Extract. It can be added in the preparation of wine, wine has the effect of inhibiting acid, astringent and other bad mixed taste.

1. Erythritol is a sugar alcohol approved for use as a food additive in the United States and around the world.  It occurs naturally in some fruits and fermented foods.  Erythritol is 60-70% sweeter than sucrose, but contains almost no calories, does not affect blood sugar, does not cause tooth decay, and is absorbed by parts of the body.  

2. Stevioside is 250 times sweeter than sucrose, and have the potential to serve as non-caloric sweeteners. Stevioside is already in use as a food sweetener. Stevioside as a new natural sweet agent, been widely used in foods, drinks, medicines and daily chemicals. Broadly speaking, in all the sugar products, the stevioside can be used to take the place of cane sugar.

3. Licorice extract Glycyrrhizine is a high-purity Natural Sweetener with a sweetness of about 150 times that of sucrose. But there is no residual acidity of sucrose, and there is a strong licorice fragrance.
